What I Do

Full-stack SEO, from research to results reporting

I've worked every layer of the search channel โ€” strategy, content, on-page, off-page, and analytics โ€” so nothing falls through the cracks between "the plan" and "the publish button."

Keyword & Competitor Research

Keyword research, SERP review, competitor analysis, and content-gap analysis to find where a site can realistically win โ€” even in saturated niches like legal and personal injury.

Content Strategy & Writing

SEO-driven blog and page content โ€” topic research, search-intent alignment, structure, and editing for clarity, brand voice, and YMYL quality standards.

On-Page Optimization

Metadata, headings, internal linking, image alt text, and page structure tuned for both search engines and readers.

Link Building & Off-Page

Prospecting, outreach preparation, directory research, and competitor backlink analysis to strengthen domain authority.

Local SEO

Local visibility for single locations or multi-city firms โ€” profiles, citations, location pages, and locally-targeted content that holds up at scale.

Reporting & Client Communication

Performance reports and strategic recommendations for leadership teams, plus day-to-day client comms and project updates.

Where I Do My Best Work

Built for competitive, high-stakes niches

Winning search in industries like legal, nonprofit, and professional services isn't one trick โ€” it's expertise-aware content, technical discipline, and volume without quality decay.

Non-profit & professional-services SEO

Years of agency work for non-profit and professional-services clients โ€” practice-area pages, attorney content standards, and the E-E-A-T scrutiny that comes with YMYL territory.

WordPress-native, day one productive

I publish and optimize in WordPress daily โ€” metadata, heading structure, internal linking, alt text, schema-aware content โ€” and work comfortably across Squarespace, Webflow, Weebly, and Hostinger builds. No hand-off gap between strategy and the publish button.

Content at scale, without decay

Two years as a dedicated SEO blog writer, plus a 72-post library rescued in a single engagement. Large blog archives are an asset when maintained โ€” and a liability when they quietly age. I keep them earning.

Algorithm-update insurance

YMYL content โ€” legal, financial, health โ€” is the first place Google's quality updates bite. I've diagnosed and recovered a blog cluster from an algorithm hit, and turned the process into a repeatable triage playbook.

Case Studies

Real problems, diagnosed and fixed

Two examples of what working with me actually looks like โ€” one algorithm recovery, one full-site rescue.

Case Study 01 ยท Agency SEO Team

Recovering a blog cluster from a Google algorithm hit

Sept 2023 Helpful Content Update March 2024 Core Update Scope: multiple established articles Outcome: traffic recovered

The Problem

Several established blog articles began steadily losing organic traffic, and the decline had already been running for a month โ€” long enough to start dragging down rankings across the site. Nothing obvious had changed on the pages themselves.

What I Did

  • Compiled a full inventory of every affected URL and mapped the traffic drop against a shared timeline.
  • Traced the drop to Google's September 2023 Helpful Content Update โ€” the dates aligned across the whole cluster.
  • Audited each article against Google's helpful-content guidelines: search intent, depth, first-hand value, and thin sections.
  • Rewrote and re-optimized the affected posts to comply โ€” restructured content, sharpened intent match, and cut filler.
  • When the March 2024 Core Update rolled out โ€” folding the helpful-content system into Google's core algorithm โ€” re-audited the cluster and updated the articles to comply with both updates, just to be sure the recovery would hold.

The Result

Over the following months, traffic to the updated articles recovered, and rankings stabilized. The affected-URL inventory became the team's repeatable playbook for triaging future algorithm updates instead of guessing.

Why this mattersLegal, health, and financial content is YMYL โ€” precisely what helpful-content and core updates scrutinize hardest. A site with deep archives needs someone who has already run an update recovery, not someone learning during one.
Case Study 02 ยท Client Engagement

From near-invisible to gaining traction: a 72-post site rescue

Scope: 72 blog posts + homepage Turnaround: 2 weeks Status: visibility climbing since

The Problem

A client had invested in 72 blog posts โ€” and was still nearly invisible in search. Traffic and search visibility checks showed the content was earning almost nothing back.

What I Did

  • Ran a full site audit. Findings: every one of the 72 posts was missing an H1 tag, on-page optimization was absent, the homepage had no clear calls-to-action, and internal links were misplaced throughout.
  • Prioritized and corrected all of it in two weeks โ€” proper H1s and heading structure, optimized titles and metadata, rebuilt internal linking, and clear homepage CTAs.

The Result

Two months on, the site is steadily gaining traction โ€” impressions and rankings climbing month over month as Google re-crawls the corrected pages. The existing content is finally doing the job it was paid for.

Why this mattersSame skill at any scale: systematic on-page auditing and correction across a large content archive โ€” the exact maintenance work that keeps hundreds of practice-area, service, and blog pages earning their keep.

How I Work

My first 90 days with your site

A concrete starting plan โ€” adjusted, of course, to what your team already has in motion.

Days 1โ€“30

Baseline & audit

  • Full crawl + Search Console review: indexation, rankings, content decay across the blog archives.
  • Map the site structure โ€” service, practice-area, and location pages โ€” and benchmark against the competitors outranking you.
  • Deliver a prioritized findings report โ€” quick wins vs. structural work.
Days 31โ€“60

Quick wins shipped

  • Fix everything cheap and compounding: alt text, metadata, heading structure, internal links.
  • Refresh the highest-potential decaying posts first โ€” oldest wins are usually the fastest.
  • Tighten local signals on priority location pages.
Days 61โ€“90

Scale the system

  • Stand up a content refresh calendar and an optimization checklist for every new post.
  • Set up an algorithm-update triage playbook โ€” inventory, timeline, response โ€” before it's needed.
  • Monthly reporting leadership can read in five minutes.
